If you have an existing offshore company in a jurisdiction that does not offer the same degree of protections, you can “re-domicile” the company and its holdings to Panama.  Doing so can be a relatively simple process.

Since:

1. The directors can be located in any country of the world and be of any nationality, and do not need to be physically present in Panama to form the corporation.
2. given that a Panama corporation can own real and personal property anywhere in the world, and can conduct business anywhere in the world -  an existing company can be moved to Panama without any interruption in its activities or obstructions to its holdings (assuming these are free of legal encumbrances at the outset).

If you are not satisfied that your existing offshore company enjoys the level of privacy and anonymity you require, transferring it to a Panama corporation is your best option.  There is no better jurisdiction for offshore companies in the world today.
