There are two ways you can use to authenticate your documents (please only select one method):
Step No. 1: Authentication through Panama Consulate or Panama Embassy.
Your identity personal document photocopies and bank account forms that require authentication to the nearest Panama Consulate or Panama Embassy and have them authenticate the documents. Please note if you use a Panama consulate / embassy to authenticate your documents you will NOT need to notarize them. +
Step No. 2) Authentication through Notary and Apostille
Your identity personal document photocopies and bank account forms that require authentication notarized and then take them to an Apostille for authentication. In the USA, Mailboxes Etc. and the UPS store have notaries that will stamp the documents to be true copies of the original for $10.
The USA apostille offices are fast with a 2-3 day turn around generally. If you choose to Notarize & Apostille your documents as your document authentication method please feel free to call us for assistance.
